BBQ Hut Delivery and Installation Information

Thank you for puchasing a Genuine Finnish BBQ Hut from Hot Tub Barn.

The Base

You can choose to put your BBQ Hut on to any surface, however it must be totally FLAT, IF NOT your floor, which is loose laid inside, will not lay flat, and you could either have a trip hazard, or an annoying movement in the floorboards.

Ventilation

For the BBQ to work well, it needs to breathe. We would therefore recommend you build a deck large enough for the BBQ Hut to sit on. THe advantage of a deck is it allows air to be drawn up to flow through the BBQ and without air, the BBQ will never work very well. If you must put your BBQ Hut on concrete, please provide an airway in the form of a pipe to come up in the middle of the BBQ Hut base underneath where the BBQ unit will be.

Build Time

The BBQ Hut will take 12 hours to build. Please could you ensure you are available during the build to provide toilet facilities and a place to rest. We usually send 3 people to ensure the job runs to time, however due to outside conditions beyond our control, like the weather and distance, we may need to man handle the 3 tonnes of timber, jobs can sometimes run into a second day. Any help on site moving the timber will help to keep the build time on schedule.
