Chelmsford Showroom - Young Pool Star 2008

Congratulations to Wayne Hitchcock, Chelmsford Distribution Centre Manager, who was awarded Young Pool Star 2008 at the pool industry awards in Brighton on Sunday night.
Wayne has worked for HotSpring Spas Ltd since February 2003. He started as a Delivery Assistant and was soon promoted to Team Leader. He then applied to become a Service Technician servicing an area which spanned from Peterborough to Reading to Portsmouth. He progressed very well and was soon promoted to Senior Service Technician. With his now great experience with customer care, product service and staff motivation he was again promoted in October 2006 to Service Co-ordinator and then in August 2007, Wayne successfully applied for the post of Chelmsford Distribution Centre Manager and now oversees 4 delivery teams, 4 technicians, 5 admin personnel and 1 warehouse operative. He is also responsible for a total of 10 vehicles, 6 trailers, 2 show vehicles and a 20,000 sq ft warehouse.
Wayne has excelled in everything he has put his mind to and is passionate about the Hot Water Industry. Well Done we are all very proud of you.
