Wayne Hitchcock worked with HotSpring products for 6 years as an installation and service coordinator for the South East for HotSpring Spas Ltd. Factory trained at Watkins Manufacturing in California, Wayne gained an A grade certification. Awarded the Young Pool Star of the Year 2008 by the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association.
Rob Juniper has been a HotSpring technician for 5 years, and has a complete working knowledge of HotSpring, Tiger River, Limelight, Hot Spot, Solana and Riptide swim spas. Although the majority of Wayne and Rob's knowledge lies with Hotspring products they are happy to service and repair any other make of hot tub that may need attention.
David Diamond started working with HotSpring products in 1999, gaining his Watkins Manufacturing Certification in 2002. With 7 years experience of specialist Hiab lifting equipment and a thorough knowledge of water care and hot tub chemicals, David has made over 2500 hot tub deliveries.
Glenn Pearce started working as a hot tub installation technician for HotSpring in 2006. Glenn soon became a Service Technician quickly gaining excellent product knowledge and his skills soon promoted him to the Surface Repair Specialist. Glenn completed and passed a customer relations course and is fully trained on the use of water care products.
Tomas O'Toole joined HotSpring UK in Chelmsford as a service technician, has been installing and maintaining HotSpring Spas for over 6 years, and trained to become Watkins Manufacturing certified, achieving a Grade A passmark. Now with HotSpring Bristol Ltd, he would be delighted to help you with any Hotspring Spas warranty work, repair, servicing, service contracts and new spa covers. He is also able to repair and service other brands of hot tubs.
Shaun Monk From 1999 to 2004 Shaun worked as a qualified domestic electrician. Now with 5 years experience of HotSpring hot tub delivery and service, Shaun completed and passed a customer relations course, and is fully trained on the use of hot tub chemicals. For 2 years Shaun also worked as production manager for the manufacture of exercise pools.
