Air Control Valves

Air control valves, also known as comfort controls, regulate the mixture of air and water coming from each jet in your hot tub. More air in the mixture creates more force in the jet. Every so often, these control valves will require some attention, but this is not a problem as parts are available for hot tub models as far back as 1980, so don't hesitate to contact us for your required parts.

Check Valves

Check valves, also known non-return valves, allow fluid to flow through in one direction only. In your hot tub, these are usually in place to protect components such as ozonators and electrical circuitry, as well as for safety shutoff devices to protect spa bathers. If you need replacement check valves, please do get in touch.

Flexible PVC Pipe

PVC piping or tubing is available in a variety of sizes, with specific applications within your spa system. Some tubing used within hot tub systems must be thick walled, occasionally of vinyl construction, in order to cope with the relatively high chlorine levels in your spa water. If you are unsure which tubing you require, feel free to get in touch. PVC piping is jointed with special cement, which is available from your local DIY shop.
