Title: Wonderful! Don't compromise on quality ... it's worth the money!

"We've thought about buying a hot tub for years and looked at inferior products however both the knowledge of the staff at Hot Tub Barn and the pure quality of their products made us choose the Sovereign. It's the perfect size and has every feature we could want. We cannot believe the difference it makes to a stressful day and its easy to maintain once you know how (all explained by the installer). We love it and we're the envy of our friends and family - its just wonderful!"

Just turned it back on after the weekend expecting it not to work and obviously it has first time! After sales care has been amazing x we are going back in tonight for the first time in 2 years and can't wait x it didn't save my marriage as planned but the hot tubs here to stay!!! "

"We bought our Sovereign Hot Tub on the day that London was awarded the Olympics in 2005 and have thoroughly enjoyed it ever since. We have replaced the cover and the head cushiions and had the odd bit of maintenance. We use it in all weathers and it is now a Christmas morning tradition to get in the hot tub. It's great at all times of day, and is really special when there is snow on the ground. It is a bit of a luxury item, but one which we all thoroughly enjoy."

"We've had our Sovereign for 8 years and use it most nights. It's a great way to relax after a long day. After some initial problems with the aux control panel (fixed promptly and hassle free under warranty), it's been low maintenance and cheap to run. Everybody should have one!"

It is a lovely relaxing retreat for our family and friends and apart from one repair which was dealt with brilliantly by hot tub barn, we have had no other problems and it is very inexpensive to run. "7 Years since buying this hot tub it is still my best purchase ever. I use the tub five nights a week and it is so relaxing. After having a broken wrist the jets were excellent at getting the movement back. Would not be without it"

"We have had our tub for 5 years. It is great on starry nights and when snow is on the ground. Our neighbours come round and we relax with a glass of wine. Only problem is no one wants to get out."

"We have had our tub 5 years now and are in our tub at least 2 times a week, My husband and I talk more and watch less TV, We go in the tub in all types of weather and we don't have a cover. My favourite is when its snowing. On the nights we go in I sleep better. It is the best thing ever. Never had any problems. "

"I bought my Sovereign in 2003. Ive had to replace the cover and jet selector. It is probably the best luxury item I have purchased. We use it 3-4 times a week and in all these years it still performs like new. Brilliant."

"i bought this hot tub 5 years ago & it still looks like new, maybe a bit dearer than some hot tubs around but well worth that bit extra over time. mostly just for me, some times i let my husband in. my friends love it too they come out for spa days. i have a wine fridge, tropical fish & candles in my wee room, natural sounds cd is great as well, relaxation on tap."

"Owned my tub for 5 years & wish Id had invested in one much sooner. I purchased my tub as I have severe neck & back problems & hydro exercise seemed worth trying. It really has helped me & I would recommend one to anyone with similar problems. "Its brilliant. We have had our spa now for many years and it is on 24/7, 365 days a year. Our family, including grandchildren love it and so do we for relaxing and re-invigorating. Apart from the odd bit of maintenance /repair it has been reliable and quite economical to run."

"So 8years down, one changed heater and a new cover other than that you look at itnand it's still like new. Brilliant product which are children have grown up with from birth while we've relaxed all through the year. Great investment, minimum maintenance and a great ice breaker"

"We've had out Sovereign now for about 6 years. We originally purchased it to help our son..who has Cerebral Palsy- but obviously the whole family and friends use it.We leave it on 24/7 and to date have had no problems Mechanically.The only issue we've had has been some flaking of the finish on the control panel surface. Other than that...I would recomment to anyone."

"we bought our hotspring sovereign 7 years ago its on 24/7 only had one problem in all these years circuit board broke down in 2010 replaced by hottubbarn no problems since then all our friends comment on how crystal clear the water is, I would definately recommend this hotttub to anyone considering buying one"

"We have owned our Hot tub for over 9 years. After about 5 years we replaced the cover, the small circulation pump, ozone pipework and the main jet director valve. We replaced a couple of the spinning jets with fixed ones (our preference). Other than that we have had no operating problems and have had many, many hours of use out of the tub. Our tub is never turned off so it's run 24/7 for 9 years - amazing! The product is excellent value for money and the telephone support and service we have received from Hottub Barn has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending a "sovereign" tub to anyone. "
