If for any reason, within seven days from the date of installation, you are not satisfied with your new HotSpring, Tiger River, Solana or Hot Spot hot tub, Hot Tubs Barn will refund the purchase price of your hot tub, less 20% restocking charge. *

Hot Tub Exchange Privilege *

For 30 days from the date of installation, Hot Tubs Barn will provide you the privilege of exchanging your hot tub for any other model from the range of HotSpring, Tiger River, Solana or Hot Spot hot tubs for the difference in the purchase price plus a 20% restocking charge. **

Happy-Where-It-Is Guarantee *

Within three months of original installation, Hot Tubs Barn will be happy to relocate your HotSpring, Tiger River, Solana or Hot Spot hot tub to any location on the same property where the hot tub was originally delivered. Our regular delivery requirements apply.

This offer is good for one move only and does not apply to related electrical and/or construction costs or the cost of a crane or any other equipment necessary other than our standard two-man crew with factory dollies.

Referral Guide

When you refer a friend, neighbour, relative or co-worker who then purchases a hot tub, swim spa or exercise pool from Hot Tubs Barn, you will receive a rebate of £160.00 credit for watercare supplies, accessories or services. The buyer must mention your name at the time of purchase. There is no limit to the number of rebates you can earn, even up to the purchase price of a new hot tub.

Just-Call-Us Warranty

Hot Tubs Barn (not a third party unless specified) will perform all warranty work on your HotSpring, Tiger River, Solana, Hot Spot, Limelight or Riptide hot tub or spa under the conditions set forth in the warranty provided.
